<description>This book is a historical look at the development of the Corvette C5. The people and the politics involved are the main subjects. The car is secondary. If you are interested in the car, its equipment or its options, this is not the book for you. There is very little written about the car. There are photographs of no more than four C5s in the whole book. There are wasted pages with photos of some of the Corvette&#039;s main competitors. I would rather have seen more photos of C5s. While the development story was somewhat interesting, in whole, I wanted to read more about the car itself.
